Within five years, I plan to move forward toward creating feature length documentaries. I will accomplish this goal by working on my first documentary, Hell’s Belles and proving my determination and expertise to continue working with ever-changing technologies. I will become a well known and respected leader in the film industry, revitalizing the ways stories are created, produced and marketed, making films and video that promote and help people live better lives. I will also continue to build relationships with colleagues and fellow filmmakers, assisting them with their creative work and seeking guidance and mutual support.

Over the next few years I will work with Avila University’s global initiative by traveling outside of the United States, develop contacts within the proposed country and develop a curriculum so that students from Avila can work with fellow students and professionals from another country.

I hold the highest value to my role here at Avila University so I will provide the best teaching and advisory service to our students, helping improve their studies and university lives, striving to solve problems with a positive attitude that spreads to my co-workers. I will become a leader at my university, helping transform it into an institution that respects the entire community. I would also love to earn my doctorate degree and become the kind of teacher that changes the lives of students for the better, educating them not only about film, but also about the joys and meaning of life.
